Joy Siller

Joy Siller has almost thirty years experience in the information management profession, and is the Principal Consultant and a Director for Siller Systems Administration.  She has held these positions for over twenty years.

Ms Siller has been closely involved in the information management profession for many years.  She has had a long-standing relationship with professional records and information management associations, is a well-known presenter, expert advisor, and has assisted with the development of training curricula and courses within tertiary institutions.


Kim Siller

Kim Siller is qualified in Engineering (University of Qld), and has over twenty years experience in the fields of earth sciences and technical computer applications. He is familiar with a wide variety of commercial computer software, and is experienced in the configuration and implementation of records management and other application software.  He is also responsible for administration of SSA's computer facilities, and provides strategic systems advice to many clients. 


Denis Comber

Denis Comber has vast experience in records management, having worked in this field for approximately 40 years.  Denis joined SSA in 2008 to provide project management services to clients (he has undertaken Prince 2 Project Management training).  He is currently specialising in the management of major implementation, sentencing and disposal projects.


Megan Taylor

Megan Taylor has approximately fifteen years experience in the field of information management.  She has a depth of skills covering the disciplines of records management and archives administration, training and professional development, and the compilation of records management control documentation.


Ruth Butcher

Ruth Butcher joined Siller Systems Administration in February 2001 and has since then taken part in a variety of projects involving records conversion, systems support, disposal, training and the development of classification tools, disposal authorities and procedures manuals. 


Lee Stanford

Lee Stanford has worked on a number of projects involving both the implementation of technological solutions and paper-based systems.  During his ten years with SSA, he has undertaken systems implementations, provided systems training, assessed records systems and processes and provided ongoing systems support.


Rhonda Newton-Brown

Rhonda Newton-Brown has been with SSA since 1994, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous work in the accounting, insurance and petroleum industries.


Laraine Jackson

Laraine Jackson commenced working for SSA in 1994. She has over 30 years experience in various office administration roles within retail, real estate and accounting industries.
