DISPOSAL ROADSHOW

Following a number of requests, Siller Systems Administration has launched a new disposal service.  Our team of disposal experts will be travelling throughout Queensland to provide onsite assistance, and you can choose the time to discuss and plan the scope of your project with us.

This is an exciting new development aimed to assist those local councils that:

• have accumulations of records in need of disposal action
• have limited resources to undertake disposal projects themselves
• are concerned about compliance risks and cost inefficiencies associated with storing older records
• are unsure of the legal requirements, and
• don’t know where to start.

• onsite assessment of disposal project requirements
• development of a disposal project plan covering scope, resources and budget
• onsite compliant disposal implementation for physical records (project management, sentencing, boxing, listing, and arranging transfer and/or destruction)
• disposal procedures and staff training
• periodic onsite assistance.
