BUSINESS
CASE DEVELOPMENT FOR RECORDS AND INFORMATION MANAGERS
Aims:
This course
aims to provide participants with an introduction and overview
of business case planning, development and communication and
provides participants with the basic building blocks required
to develop a well structured, reasoned and communicated business
case. The course uses examples and scenarios from the information
management field in order to highlight key requirements for
success.
Outcomes:
