CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Aims:

This course aims to provide participants with the background and knowledge required to identify and address change management issues within their organisation.


Outcomes:

By the end of this training session, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the change management methodology and critical principle.
  • Identify typical information records management projects where change management methodologies may be required to be implemented.
  • Identify reasons for project failure.
  • Identify change management strategies that can be used within an organisation to manage critical project phases.
  • Assess change readiness.
  • Develop a change management plan.

Participants are provided with a course booklet and additional handouts.
