This course aims to provide participants with an overview and awareness of the legislative and regulatory environment affecting information and records management within all business sectors.

  • Identify standards and legislation that impact on recordkeeping.
  • Assess and monitor your organisation's recordkeeping systems and programs for compliance.
  • Analyse results of your compliance assessment and implement solutions to ensure compliance with relevant recordkeeping legislation and best practice.
