Mr Stanford has worked on a number of projects involving both the implementation of technological solutions and paper-based systems. He has undertaken a number of document conversion projects involving the use of HTML and PDF formats.

Mr Stanford spent eighteen months in the UK where he undertook information systems projects for several organisations. These projects have included imaging of business documents and Web site design.

During his five years with SSA, he has undertaken systems implementations, provided systems training, assessed records systems and processes and provided ongoing systems support.

As well as providing client services, Mr Stanford is also responsible for the maintenance of SSA's office systems (online manuals, Web site, etc.).
