Training is a core business activity of Siller Systems Administration. The majority of our records training courses are designed in accordance with skills identified in the National Records and Archives Competency Standards and AS ISO 15489-1:2001 Information and Documentation - Records management.


SSA’s training courses are delivered primarily for business clients at their in-house facilities. In addition, we conduct public health sector training courses on behalf of NSW State Records on a scheduled basis at a range of loctions within NSW.

Implementing a Retention and Disposal Authority for Local Government Records


This course provides participants with information on how to use the General retention and disposal authority: local government records (GA39), appropriate methods of storage and destruction of records and how to prepare records for transfer to State Records as State archives.
