ABOUT THIS COURSE

Overview

This course aims to provide participants with an advanced working knowledge of the Content Manager (CM) system. The course takes a hands-on approach to learning within a pre-configured CM dataset, incorporating practical exercises to allow participants to work through and become familiar with the more advanced user functionality of the system. The course will explore and encourage discussions with regard to typical system configurations and settings to ensure participants feel comfortable transferring knowledge and skills to their day-to-day working environment.

Learner Profile

This course is designed both for those who are new to CM (with general computer proficiency), as well as those familiar with CM and wishing to further advance their knowledge and skills in the system. This course would also suit those whose role includes providing ‘super user’ or ‘power user’ support for other general system users within their organisations.
