SSA offer several Content Manager / Records Manager / TRIM training courses ranging from a basic End-User course to the more advanced Administrator course (for staff who are responsible for managing their TRIM system).

 

All CM / RM / TRIM courses aim to provide participants with a working knowledge of the  system. The courses are primarily hands on and give participants the opportunity to work in an CM / RM / TRIM dataset (includes scenarios and exercises).
