Joy Siller has over thirty years experience in the information management profession, and is the Principal Consultant and a Director for Siller Systems Administration. She has held these positions for almost twenty-five years. Joy has been closely involved in the information management profession for many years. She has had a long-standing relationship with professional records and information management associations, is a well-known presenter, expert advisor, and has assisted with the development of training curricula and courses within tertiary institutions.
During his employment with SSA, Lee has undertaken systems implementations, provided systems training, assessed records systems and processes and provided ongoing systems support. He has worked with Content Manager (formerly TRIM/Records Manager) for over fifteen years, has provided implementation, training and ongoing help desk support within our offices and for our clients. Lee has also undertaken advanced Microsoft SharePoint Administration training with a view to assist clients in implementing, administering and training the system.
Ruth Butcher joined Siller Systems Administration in 2001 and has been involved in a variety of projects involving strategic reviews, systems implementation, training and the development of classification tools, disposal authorities, policies and procedures manuals. Ruth has undertaken extensive research into information management practice, and has presented at a number of professional conferences. Ruth also has responsibility for the development and delivery of many of SSA’s tailored records management training courses, with her qualifications including assessment and workplace training.
Bill joined Siller Systems Administration in early 2017 with a professional background in Chemical Analysis, Laboratory Administration and Management, and Quality Assurance. During his time with Siller Systems Administration, Bill has worked in major disposal projects, and conducts records management and Content Manager training.
Bryan's career has involved him in both Public and Private sectors. His primary roles have been in Information Technology and Accounting, with a particular emphasis on systems implementation.
Laraine Jackson commenced working for SSA in 1994. She has over 30 years experience in various office administration roles within retail, real estate and accounting industries.
Hana has been working at SSA since 2017. She has previous experience working in a chartered accounting firm, and book-keeping for a large UK-based retail company.
